Appointment Cancellation Policy

We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. A 100% fee will be charged for missed appointments.

Returned Check Fee

There will be a $40 fee for returned checks.

Group/Party Bookings

If you want to schedule a "Day of Beauty," Bridal party", or just a "Glam" day for some friends, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit on two or more appointments at the time of booking. We can take your payment over the phone with a credit card. This guarantees that our staff will have time for your appointments.

Service Warranty

Please contact Serenity Salon and Day Spa within one week after service date if you are not satisfied with your service. We will do our best to address any issues that you may have.
